Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another size or style within 14 days of delivery. Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect, resalable condition. • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

• We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Email us at serenaagz@gmail.com with your order number and the size or style you’d like instead.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days.

4. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll send your replacement promptly.

International Returns: For international returns, please mark your package as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid extra customs fees.
